Why Support the PTO?
I set up an account on the Membership Toolkit website. How do I get the directory app and view my account?
After setting up your account you will not automatically receive an email to download the app. Simply go to the Apple Store or Google Play and download the free Membership Toolkit App. When you open it for the first time, use the login that you created when you purchased PTO Membership.
How can a second parent or guardian obtain access to the directory?
On the website, go to "My Account" and then "My Forms/Paperwork". In the app, tap the menu bars to go to "My Account". Scroll down to "2nd Parent or Guardian". You will see a box that says "Would you like to invite this person to manage this account with you?" Indicate Yes or No and follow the prompts.
How do I change the phone number/email/street address on my account?
On the website, go to "My Account" and then "My Forms/Paperwork". In the app, tap the menu bars to go to "My Account". Tap/click Family Information and follow the prompts to change your information.
